We have been passionately dedicated to real estate and housing since 2012. Our journey began with careful listening and subsequent connection of market needs and a vision to fulfill them: through quality and affordable housing in the Czech Republic. The growing demand for modern, flexible, and affordable housing gave rise to the RD Moduly brand.
I observed how within a few years, owning one’s own ecological home became inaccessible to young families, couples, and individuals. At the same time, the market offered sustainable solutions, but often at completely unrealistic and nonsensical prices. That’s how the idea was born: to find a way to overcome obstacles. One that would allow people to live in their own dream home. Sustainable, according to their preferences, and affordable. That way is RD modules. We have created the ideal solution for everyone who wants to live stylishly, without compromising on sustainability and without waiting for months or years. We can do it all: and for great prices.

In 2023, we took a significant step: we launched the RD modules project in full swing. With enthusiasm and eagerness to bring fulfillment to people in the form of their own housing. Each of our modules is designed with emphasis on quality, but also aesthetics. However, we stand not only for these values, we offer much more: primarily sustainability and an ecological approach. We are proud to bring innovation in housing that perfectly suits not only today’s trends but also tomorrow’s. We also think about the future, because it makes sense to us.
